To the management of Republic Auto, I would like to comment for the great experience I had when I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes E200 from your showroom. My dad’s car broke down n I went to Republic Auto website to take a random look. I went to Republic Auto on 13/10/2023 to view and purchase a vehicle to replace my existing car with over a year of COE remaining. Initially, I short-listed a few cars from one of the other popular car dealers and some from Republic Auto for viewing. My plan was to visit Republic Auto first followed by the other dealer for comparison. However, after visiting Republic Auto, I dropped my plan to view the rest. Ms Kerin Leong was very attentive to what I was looking for that met my budget and likes. Very professionally, she explained to me the differences between the Asian cars (what I used to drive) and the continental cars that I was looking for.

Unlike a typical salesperson, she is very patient, sincere and non-pushy. When comes to the buying process, she is super efficient in getting all the processes settled seamlessly for me. She is a very organized person. The whole process from my first visitation to the point of physically taking over the car took only 5 days. I've got my very satisfied drive from Republic Auto just before the COVID lockdown 2 years ago, professionally served by Ray Lee. When the borders were opened and allowed to drive back to Malaysia to visit my family, I immediately tried to apply for the required VEP, unfortunately, the application was rejected due to an "existing permit" registered with most probably the previous owner of my car. I gave Ray an enquiry and was immediately being assisted, though our deal was 2 years ago. Bought a Toyota Sienta 1.5G Hybrid from Republic Auto. A big thank you to Edison who is patient with our enquiries. He is able to explain to us the breakdown of the downpayment, loan and the remaining COE rebate from my existing car. He was able to accommodate our request for early delivery and deliver some of the items left in the old car to my house. Overall very good experience. I had been driving the car for more than 2 weeks without having to worry much due to the 1 year extended warranty from Republic Auto.

Thank you so much for the good experience we had. Right from the first viewing of the car we wanted, Ray gave us his most genuine advice throughout the whole process. Ray never took more than 10mins to reply to our queries, be it vehicle related or not.

Placed our deposit from the first viewing midweek and completed all paperwork by the weekend. We are extremely pleased with the purchase and zero hiccups from the loan process, insurance, handover and retaining our VRN. Once again, thank you Ray! And also, we hope to deal with you soon again.

Highly recommend Michelle for her service and efforts! She’s also very knowledgeable especially when it comes to Mercedes. When we enquired Michelle, she sent us photos of the car we wanted that hasn’t been listed on RA website. Arranged for a viewing when car was in the workshop doing repair works, in its original condition. After the repair works were done, she stayed up after hours during Valentine’s Day (many thanks) just for us to have a test drive of the car.

On the day of collection, even though there were hiccups from the touch-up work done to the car, she managed to get it all settled within the afternoon so that we could collect our car.

A very disappointing event happened less than 24 hours after we collected our car, where the ABS and engine fault light came up. Having waited 2 weeks for the car, we didn’t expect such a setback but Michelle was quick to respond and immediately arranged a tow truck to tow our car to RA workshop. Within a day, she rushed the mechanics to get it all repaired and ready by night for us to collect our car.

It’s too early to say that our car condition is as advertised but the entire car buying experience including after-sales service by Michelle has been fantastic!

Went into the show room of their used cars and was surprised to see most of them in good condition with low mileage. Bought a used Honda from Joel. Great service all round. Very patient very nice fellow to deal with. Entertained all of my questions and requests with a smile each and every time. Never lost his cool no matter how much I pestered him. Highly recommended to buy from this subsidiary of Cycle & Carriage. Much more reputable than a lot of these fishy PIs around. Some small hiccups like the battery going flat after I went for test drive, but was promptly replaced with new battery upon delivery. Reverse sensors faulty also replaced with new ones voluntarily by Joel. Even with all the hiccups, delivery from the signing date only took 5 days. And Joel kindly drove the car all the way down for me. Made the whole buying experience super fuss-free. Feel confident buying from Republic Auto. Look for Joel! Outstanding salesperson! A used car dealer under C&C group. With good number of used car from luxury to normal day to day model. Most car seems in very good condition and taken care by their in house service team. Sales staff are friendly too.

Very reliable being the used car arm of cycle & carriage. Lots of good quality used cars available as they only select few years and low mileage ones to sell. They also have their workshop and respray one level above so I was able to get my paint touched up without any issue. Definitely highly recommended.

I bought a C180 last week and would like to express my sincere thanks to Ms Michelle Lee. Firstly she is unlike most used car dealers and was very professional in the entire process.
