There are two ways to update your account with a new email address, a new mobile number or a new home address.
Update via mail
Print and fill up our form, attach a copy of your NRIC and email both documents to CustomerAssistanceCentre@cyclecarriage.com.sg. Updates will be reflected in your account in 3-5 working days.
The faster and easier option is to sign up for a Cycle & Carriage account and go to 'Account'.
