If you're interested in a Kia Sorento, we can say you're probably looking for a very complete set of features in one car.
CarBuyer tested the latest model and came away impressed. Not surprising, since the Sorento is a car that can do just about anything, but also pull it off with style, efficiency, and all without breaking the bank when it comes to price.
Yet signing the dotted line on a brand new automobile isn't a small thing, so some clear planning and understanding of the subject is certainly required before you seal the deal.

The short version: Come July 1, 2018, the Kia Sorento SX will see a $10,000 rise in price, so if you buy one before that deadline, you'll have saved $10k.
The long version: Because of the nature of the current Vehicular Emissions Scheme (VES), cars are currently rated on four pollutants (carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxides). The fifth pollutant, particulate matter (PM), will apply to cars after June 30, 2018.
Currently the Kia Sorento SX has a neutral rank in VES, but with PM scores taken into account, it'll be subject to VES band C1, or a $10,000 penalty. But again, that only comes into force on July 1 this year, so get thee down to the Kia showroom now.
Reason 2: Space and grace
If you're strapped for time: The key reason to buy a Sorento is because it's not a sedan or an MPV (multi-purpose vehicle).
Yet, to sum it up like that wouldn't be doing the car justice. We all know Kia's been doing a bang-up job of pushing the envelope for design, as its very full trophy shelf of awards show.
I mean, just look at it. If you were to take the new Sorento 10 years back in time and tell everyone it's a Korean car, you'd be labelled delusional. With sporty, attractive and dynamic lines like these, it adds a big dose of fun and fashion, proving that you needn't sacrifice cool factor for the flexibility of seven seats and masses of space (142 to 1,665-litres of cargo room, to be precise).
