I’ve driven my new car for a week and taken a few colleagues out for lunch. Everyone is full of praises from being sporty-looking, to having ventilated seats, smart key, keyless engine start, bluetooth interface, daytime running lights, all round parking sensors and flexible steering wheel.
Lewis is patient and clear in explaining the car features. He follows up well and is not pushy. I first test the Kia Cerato K3 on a Thursday and signed the deal on Sunday. The process has been smooth and Lewis has updated me very well on each milestone. He handed the car to me with clear demonstration on all the car features and followed up to ensure everything is well. Well done Lewis and thanks!
