I am writing to compliment Mimi Lee, Sales Consultant at Kia, for her excellent service and patience throughout the whole purchase process when I was buying my new Kia Cerato K3.
Mimi has been professional, patient and accommodating the entire way. This is especially notable on two occasions.
First, when we made an impromptu visit to the Kia showroom, we arrived slightly past opening hours. Luckily Mimi attended to us and stayed late to show us the Cerato K3 and answered all our queries.
Secondly, during the collection of our new car, she demonstrated great patience by explaining the operations of the car and handling the administrative aspects of the transaction while helping to keep my children, who were getting restless, occupied.
I am very pleased and grateful for all her time and effort, which made our buying experience a seamless and enjoyable one. I love driving my new Cerato K3 SX Sports! It is loaded with tonnes of features, sophisticated interior styling, a smooth drive performance and an overall sporty look.
The features I love most are the ventilated front seats (which are much needed in our hot climate!), the leather interiors and steering, the Apple CarPlay entertainment system, programmable seats, and the keyless entry and ignition. All these definitely provide a great interior experience.
Of course, the car also handles very well, and the transmission and suspension feels very smooth. The car’s High Intensity Discharge headlamps, sunroof, sports kit and sports rims also really make the car appealing. I look forward to every drive now!
