Got to know Mimi in the beginning of the year when I visited the Kia showroom. Thereafter, we met up several times as she invited me to the Kia Experience and the launch of the Cerato Forte K3. She strikes a perfect balance in her role as she wasn’t pushy in closing the deal and her and was committed in serving naturally. That made me feel comfortable as my focus was mainly about whether car is right for me.

I was told that I can collect the new car on 30th September, 3PM. However, the timing was not right for me. Kia was able to accommodate the collection timing in the morning instead. Everything went according to plan smoothly!

Some of my favourite features include the smart opening of the car boot, unlocking and starting of the car does not require the hassle of me having to dig into my pocket for the car key. Side mirrors flip over with gentle light whenever I find the car. Driver-seat automatically retreats all the way back when the car is off. Alighting and getting onto the car never been so comfortable. Seamless automation.
