Understanding Your Mercedes-Benz With Cycle & Carriage
Cycle & Carriage Bintang, in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, rolled out the world’s first Mercedes-Benz Discovery Learning Programme in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, in August 2018.
Mr Wilfrid Foo, CEO of Cycle & Carriage Bintang, spoke about how the event was conceptualised: “We understand the advanced technology within a Mercedes-Benz vehicle and the all-encompassing customer service support system surrounding it may seem overwhelming to customers. This is why Cycle & Carriage sees the importance of a personalised approach through the Mercedes-Benz Discovery Learning Programme. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia have crafted it specially to help our customers get better acquainted with their vehicles and receive assurance of our capabilities in handling their technically advanced Mercedes-Benz vehicles.”
At the event, globally certified Cycle & Carriage product experts provided an in-depth demonstration of advanced features such as the Park Assist and Hold functions to more than 150 car owners. Following that, our service advisors covered the pre-safe and safety features. Information on our extensive aftersales services and wide network of repair facilities was also provided, ensuring the needs of both customer and car are well cared for.
Adopting a similar approach in Singapore, 60 new Mercedes-Benz GLA owners were invited to a Customer Learning Night at the Mercedes-Benz Center in October 2018. We had the honour of having Mr Andreas Roehl, Accident Management Specialist from Daimler AG, to take the group through the safety features of a Mercedes-Benz GLA. Some owners had the privilege of working with the ultra-high-strength steel, integral to the GLA.
Our detailed and personalised approach in explaining these driving and safety features helps drivers to comprehend and optimise their vehicles.
