Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities :
- Meet and greet customers
- Assigning customers to available executives
- Attending to telephone calls & enquiries
- Monitor selected activities e.g test drive and demo car movement
- Updating database, preparation of reports and related documents
- Assist in CSI and CRM activities
- Assist in general administrative duties
Job Requirement :
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or similar disciplines
- Possess some working experience in front-line (Front-desk/ Customer facing) ie from retail or hotel industries preferred. Fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to converse fairly in English.
- Able to work on rotated weekends
