Customer Service Assistant

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities :

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Assigning customers to available executives
  • Attending to telephone calls & enquiries
  • Monitor selected activities e.g test drive and demo car movement
  • Updating database, preparation of reports and related documents
  • Assist in CSI and CRM activities
  • Assist in general administrative duties

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or similar disciplines
  • Possess some working experience in front-line (Front-desk/ Customer facing) ie from retail or hotel industries preferred. Fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to converse fairly in English.
  • Able to work on rotated weekends
